Gift Wrapping
All gift items will be in a premium gift box. There's a Porsche crest emblem sticker that will be added on top of the gift box lid. Tissue paper is included inside, color is picked random. If you wish to add a "add a gift message" please select this option upon check out. We will include a bi fold gift note inside the gift box.
Please note: Gift wrapping is not available for big items at this time. We will automatically apply a refund if this applies to you.

Shipping Processing Time:
Due to inventory movement, actual stock availability IS NOT shown on the website. Some items we may have in stock while others we have to replenish inventory from domestic warehouse. If we need to replenish inventory we will email you to notify you additional time is necessary before order is shipped.
For in stock items, orders will be shipped to you within 1 business days of placing your order. However, if we need to replenish inventory from domestic warehouse it may take 2-4 business days to ship your order.
If the replenishment is coming from Germany, the processing time may be 2-3 weeks or longer if it happens during holiday season. We will notify you if longer wait time is expected.
Some items are "special order" as they either need to be built-to-order or sourced from manufacturer, and we will note this on the items page. We will contact you with updates on ETA.

International Shipping:
Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumers goods. We do not collect beforehand, and can't give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world. Please do your research so you're ready to get your package cleared through customs and have an idea of what the additional cost will be.
For returns, the buyer is responsible to cover any shipping charges, VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges. A new order will have to be placed if you want to exchange or make a return.
