Shipping processing time
Most of the order will be shipped to you within 1 business days of placing your order with items in stock. However, if the inventory is in process of being replenished from central warehouse it could be 3-4 business days before the item is shipped.
Occasionally parts need to come from Germany and 2-3 weeks shipping time is very likely in that case. We will notify you if longer wait time is expected.
Some items are "special order" as they either need to be built-to-order or sourced from manufacturer, and we will warn about that on the items page. We will contact you with ETA.
Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday-Saturday excluding holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
For domestic orders we offer USPS Priority and UPS shipping. For international orders, we offer DHL Express, UPS, and USPS Priority shipping.
Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumers goods. We do not collect beforehand, and can't give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world. Please do your research so you're ready to get your package cleared through customs, and have an idea of what the additional cost will be.

EXCEPTIONS: No returns on electronic control units and "special order" items.
All returns must be paid for buy purchaser.
Shipping, freight, custom charges, are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Once we receive your return, we will process it with in 1-3 business days. Depending on your bank's processing time, it may take up to 7-10 days after we process the return to reflect on your account.
Product must be returned in new, resellable condition and undamaged packaging.
Items that are damaged, unsanitary, dented, scratched or missing major contents may be denied a return.
Returns beyond the 30 days if approved will be offered a store credit. We will issue credit in the amount of the item only, which is only to be used in our store.

Select "Doesn't Fit Me" as your reason and choose the refund method "Exchange". Please finish in the notes stating the new size you are interested in. We will contact you to let you know if the size is still available.
To return the item/items, shipping cost must be paid for by the purchaser. We will cover shipping cost to ship the new item.
Damage, defective or incorrect items
If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective or that is not the product you ordered please contact us first with any issues via email. These goods are ruled on a case to case basis.
