Pre-Order

The towing loop is used for safe retrieval when using the vehicle on race tracks, e.g. to pull the vehicle out of a gravel bed.

For this purpose, the hook must be screwed into the threads provided at the factory in the front or rear bumper. For secure fastening, the hook should be screwed using a screwdriver inserted through the hook hook hook. The spacer rings supplied are used for horizontally aligning the loop; depending on the requirements, one or more of the windows are screwed onto the thread of the hook as far as it will go before installation.

Note: The towing loop must not be attached on public roads while driving. Likewise, use for towing the vehicle on public roads is not permitted. The recovery process must be carried out by trained personnel. Make sure that the tension is applied vertically to the hook if possible. Harsh loads must also be avoided. The towing loop is not suitable for lashing the vehicle on a recovery vehicle or car transport trailer. Improper handling can cause injury or damage to the towing loop or the vehicle.

Shipping Processing Time:

Due to inventory movement, actual stock availability IS NOT shown on the website. Some items we may have in stock while others we have to replenish inventory from domestic warehouse. If we need to replenish inventory we will email you to notify you additional time is necessary before order is shipped.

For in stock items, orders will be shipped to you within 1 business days of placing your order. However, if we need to replenish inventory from domestic warehouse it may take 2-4 business days to ship your order.

If the replenishment is coming from Germany, the processing time may be 2-3 weeks or longer if it happens during holiday season. We will notify you if longer wait time is expected.

Some items are "special order" as they either need to be built-to-order or sourced from manufacturer, and we will note this on the items page. We will contact you with updates on ETA.
