Returns

Returns are accepted with in 30 days of purchase. To start the return process follow this link RETURNS/EXCHANGES. Once your request has been approved, you will receive an email with further instructions. Approval may be same day or 1-2 business days.  

All returns must be paid for by purchaser. The cost of the return shipping label will automatically be deduct from your refund for US orders. International orders, you are responsible to acquire the shipping label from your local shipping carrier. 

Shipping, freight, taxes, custom charges, etc. are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Once we receive your return, we will process it with in 1-3 business days. Depending on your bank's processing time, it may take up to 7-10 days after we process the return to reflect on your account. 

Product must be returned in new, resalable condition and undamaged packaging. 

Items that are damaged, unsanitary, dented, scratched or missing major contents may be denied a return. 

EXCEPTIONS: No returns on electronic control units and "special order" items.

Exchanges

For exchanges follow this link RETURNS/EXCHANGES.

Select "Doesn't Fit Me" as your reason and choose the refund method "Exchange". Please finish in the notes stating the new size you are interested in. We will contact you to let you know if the size is still available.   

To return the item/items, shipping cost must be paid for by the purchaser. The cost of the return shipping label will automatically be deduct from your refund for US orders. For international, you are responsible to acquire the shipping label from your local shipping carrier. 

Damage, defective or incorrect items

If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective or that is not the product you ordered please contact us first with any issues via email. Please include photos that will give us the information we need to help you. These goods are ruled on a case to case basis.
